Vanderbilt falls to Maryland in Sweet 16

  1. Vanderbilt women really won this game. The atrocious officiating gave the game to Maryland. The officiating of women's basketball is shameful and I can't believe it continues to be this way year after year. When I can look at the court and see clearly what is and isn't a foul, I expect officials at an NCAA game of this scale to do the same. Women's basketball will never reach it's full potential until the officiating rises to the occasion. Vanderbilt got robbed. They won the game. But such is life.
