As the Southeastern Conference prepares to tip off its 2010 tournament (Ole Miss and South Carolina start at Noon ET), I thought folks might enjoy a look back at past SEC Tournaments that show, whichever way you look at it, history is on Vanderbilt's side.
2009: Of course, we know that the Commodores are the defending SEC Tournament champions after winning the title in North Little Rock, Ark., last March. READ STORY
2007: The only other time the tournament was in Duluth, Ga., was in the 2007. Vanderbilt claimed their fifth SEC Tournament championship that year. READ STORY
2004: With the Commodores taking the fifth seed, Vanderbilt will have to win four game in four days to take home another trophy. Coach Balcomb's 2004 Commodore squad was only the second team in league history to accomplish that feat. READ STORY
