Sunday baseball lineup (Game 1)

Weather: Fair skies, 72 degrees. The wind will be a major factor today, blowing from southwest at 28 mph and gusting up to 34 mph.

Here is the lineup for the first game of the double-header.

4. Curt Casali DH
5. Aaron Westlake 1B
6. Andrew Giobbi C
7. Connor Harrell CF
8. Joe Loftus RF
9. Mike Yastrzemski LF
SP: Jack Armstrong (5-1, 4.21 ERA)

Tennessee will send righthander Stephen McCray to the mound in game one. McCray (4-3, 2.59 ERA) is making his 10th start of the season. The senior has 39 strikeouts and 17 walks in 55.2 innings this year. Opponents are hitting just .220 off him.

  1. This was my first and second Vandy baseball games this year. I was impressed with the pitching and disappointed with the batting. Fielding wasn't too good either. Vanderbilt should have won at least one of those games today but the batting must improve
