LSU will counter with ace righthander Anthony Ranaudo. Ranaudo (2-2, 7.01 ERA) has battled some injuries this year and hasn't returned to last season form. Last year the 6-foot-7 righthander went 12-3 with a 3.04 ERA. He was a second-team All-SEC selection in 2009.
