by SID - As Young Travis mentioned earlier the baseball roster has been updated following the start of school.One significant injury note is the loss of junior pitcher Mark Lamm due to Tommy John surgery on his right arm. Lamm, or "Cowboy" as he is known on the team, suffered the injury over the summer while playing for Danville in the Prospect League. He should receive a medical redshirt and rehab this season.
Some of the weights have changed for the guys and will be updated by the end of the weekend. Fall practice starts September 22 and culminates with the annual Black and Gold series October 15, 16 and 18.
