Instead of showing up in one of the Cadillacs provided to each team for the SEC Tournament, I made my grand entrance into Regions Park yesterday with the help of an abandoned, rusty old grocery cart that I found in the parking lot outside the stadium.
I filled the empty cart to the max weight capacity with media guides, notes and SID's Wrestlemania DVD collection.
I'd like to report that the buggy's right rear axel was disengaged and lugnuts were missing, but it served its purpose and is now being looked at by an ASE certified professional at Jiffy Lube.

Office Junk: Always Be Closing

Any good salesman knows that he should always be closing.
In the video below, you can tell one guy in McGugin has been burning the "Midnight Oil" to make that happen.
And while they say coffee is for closers... I firmly believe it's dancing.
On second thought... How can we dance when our earth is turning? (Notice any resemblance between Jeff and Midnight Oil lead singer Peter Garrett in the next video?)

Office Junk: Stooche's new 'do

With the Vanderbilt baseball team preparing for its west coast swing, Eric Jones got himself a new ‘do so he could blend in with all the young surfers in Cali. Check out "The Stooche" in HD (below) to see what the “critics” and EJ himself think of the new “wave”.
Also, be sure to tune into the Commodores this weekend as they will square off against UCLA, USC and Oklahoma State in the 2010 Dodgertown Classic. Tonight’s game features two of the nation’s top righthanded pitchers in VU’s Sonny Gray and UCLA Gerrit Cole. Stooche will have the call on www.vucommodores.com starting at 8 p.m. CT.

Yesterday, I caught Vanderbilt Football Athletics Communications Director Larry Leathers taking a little break during the offseason.
